Before we start, we’ll meet for a consultation to discuss your style and timeline.
You will have an opportunity to bring along reference images and questions!

We’ll put together a personalised quote based on all the details discussed at your consultation.
Once the quote has been accepted, a 50% deposit is required to schedule your designs.
We will send wording options to you to look at. It’s important that we receive your copy in order to proceed with the design process. We will not be able to start with your designs without the required information. Please make sure that all text is sent in a word document to avoid any spelling errors or missing elements.
Once wording and proof of payment have been received, the design process will begin. The first design draft will be sent to you via email within 7 working days. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on design, colour, layout, fonts and spelling.
You will have three chances (3 Drafts) to make any changes. Once you have approved your electronic design, a physical proof of the invitation will be printed for you to view and sign off (excluding foiling). Nova Bespoke Studio requires you to sign off your proof before final printing commences for the invitations.
We will contact you as soon as your order is complete. Once the balance of the invoice is settled, you will receive your digital files and be notified to collect your physical paper goods. Please note that pricing excludes delivery, an additional charge will be applicable if you require courier arrangements.
